Motorized Shades & Automation

One shade, a group of shades or an entire room, operated from a wall switch, a handheld remote, an app or a compatible smart home system. These installations were planned before the order went in, while wiring, gateways and system compatibility could still shape the design.

Large & Specialty Window Treatments

Tall glass is where a window treatment either works or shows every compromise. Two-story walls, clerestory windows, arches, corner glass and wide sliding doors, each measured and fabricated for the opening, then installed with lifts and stacks that stay in proportion to the room.

Outdoor Living & Patio Shade

Our work takes us into Sentinel Rock Estates, Canyon Ridge Estates, the Black Mountain Foothills enclaves, Rancho Mañana, Whisper Rock, Troon, Troon North, Estancia, Desert Mountain, Mirabel, The Boulders, Spur Cross, Seven Saguaros, DC Ranch, Silverleaf, Tatum Ranch, Black Mountain and Stagecoach Pass. Each community brings its own architecture, sun exposure and design review requirements, and we plan for them.
