The Ultra Fortress Track System
Julie specifies the Ultra Fortress Track System for our retractable patio shades. The fabric travels within a side track, so every opening has a clean, tailored edge and a finished architectural look. It lowers smoothly when you want shade and privacy, and disappears when you want the space completely open.
Retractable Patio Shades
Custom exterior shades create an outdoor room that feels intentional, with premium fabrics and powder-coated finishes chosen to complement your architecture. Choose manual or motorized operation. Depending on the fabric, you also get sun protection, privacy, insect reduction and a clear view through.
Retractable Awnings
A retractable awning brings shade where a permanent roof isn’t the right fit. Extend it for afternoon relief from the Arizona sun, then retract it overnight or when the weather turns.
Materials and Warranty
Our systems include a 10-year limited warranty on qualifying fabric, materials and workmanship, a 2-year on-site labor warranty and a 5-year warranty on qualifying motors and electronics. Final warranty coverage depends on the selected components and specifications.
